Cindy plays a key client services role within the Enterprise Marketing Hub in providing strategic insights to the units and schools within Arizona State University.  This is accomplished by providing an enterprise view of their diverse population base and by providing research support for the needs of each unit/school.

Cindy came to ASU after having built and managed the Insights function for Sam’s Club.  Prior to that, she worked as Director of Consumer Insights for American Greetings and also led marketing effectiveness initiatives for Jo-Ann Stores and OfficeMax. Cindy began her career on the research supplier side with roles at ARS Group and Synovate.
