Jill’s philosophy in life is simple: Have passion for what you do and keep learning. It’s this philosophy that has been a driving force behind her forward-thinking 15+ year professional career. She has focused the last four years driving the digital transformation, marketing strategy and user experience on 3M.

Prior to joining 3M, Jill developed online customer relationship-management and marketing programs while working with and for top industrial and consumer brands UnitedHealth Group (Optum), Rasmussen College and Target Corporation.

Jill graduated magna cum laude from Wright State University, in Dayton, OH with a degree in psychology. She enjoys continuing to learn new approaches and methods to delight customers with better experiences.
