Senior Director, Digital and Channel Research
Ken leads the Digital and Channel Research team at Marriott International and is accountable for putting the guest in the center of Marriott Digital product development. With a background in qualitative research, his favorite tactic is the 5 Whys and he relentlessly applies it through Marriott Digital. Aside from primary research, he is also responsible for the Digital Experiments discipline at Marriott. His passion is to understand what consumers did before they interacted with a brand and more importantly, what the consumer did afterwards. And, he loves the concept of adjacencies and overlays!
Prior to coming to Marriott, Ken work at AOL and was responsible for usability work in Mountain View, CA and the Dulles campus in Virginia.
