Kerry is responsible for all customer, brand strategy and product research that directly impacts Voya’s consumer and b2b markets.
She is an expert in all types of research ranging from consumer segmentation, advertising testing, brand tracking, discrete choice/conjoint, traditional/digital/social media measurement, PR/thought leadership to ethnography.
Kerry began her career at Y&R specializing in brand evaluation and strategy utilizing the world’s largest global brand study in over 40 countries. She supervised the coordination and implementation of brand health studies in over 40 countries and contributed to brand strategies for AT&T, Colgate, Campbell’s, Disney, Microsoft, Ford, Kraft and a variety of pharmaceutical clients.
For a decade she then led consumer insights for Hill Holiday working with clients like Liberty Mutual, Verizon FiOS, GM (Cadillac) & Dunkin Donuts. Kerry then joined Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide as EVP President leading their research practice in North America.
Kerry earned a B.S. Cum Laude from SUNY Albany and a Master’s with High Distinction in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra
