Kevin helps lead IBM customer engagement solutions to provide an integrated portfolio of software and services that bring together marketing, commerce and service practices by taking an holistic approach to customer experience. IBM’s solutions build on the development of Websphere Commerce, plus the acquisitions of Unica, Coremetrics, DemandTec, Tealeaf, Xtify and Silverpop, combined with over 3,000 man years of IBM research and development capability, to deliver results for clients large and small.

Their latest innovations in Journey Analytics and Journey Design are based on the IBM customer engagement framework and provide highly differentiated cloud based capability to help marketing and customer engagement functions work effectively as teams to deliver impactful and consistent experience to consumers and business buyers alike.

Prior to this, Kevin was the Chairman of the IBM United Kingdom Trust. He was educated at the University of Cambridge.
